Requires the following IT professionals:

• Database Administrators - Job Code: FICPD902
  Oracle DBA: Exp. in Oracle 9i/10g enterprise edition and advanced Tehnologies (Oracle Dat guard streams, Spatial, Partitioning) on Solaris and Linux platform is a must. Experience in UNIX shell scripting , DB Modelling and ETL tools is a must




• MS SQL Server DBA: Understanding of Microsoft SQL 200 and 2005 server, MS.Net application develoopment, database design and hands-on experience in SQL Server administration, experience in SSIS packages and other ETL tools and processes
• System Administrators: Job Code: FICPD903: Should have strong exposure to advanced WebLogic administratuion areas of BEA WebLogic Management Services, JMX architecture, WLST scripting , WebLogic Clustering, BEA JRockit JVM tuning, WebLogic Diagnostic framework etc. Proficiency in Apache, TomCat and IIS administration & scripting language like Shell and Perl will be a huge advantage
• Architects - Job Code: FICPD904: Demonstrated expertise in a Microsoft Technology based solution/platform and broad overviewknowledge of multiple technologies / platform. Must have exposure to Test Driven Development/Re-factoring ideas/Domain Driven Design Patterns/Continous Integraton / Build Automation / data Mapper framework / Mocks. Background in implementing n-tier, service oriented Architecture (SOA) and MVP/MVC architecture. Product comceptulisation to realization. Must have worked with .Net base Product for at least 4 years.
• Flex / Web Developes: Job Code; FICPD905
  Flex Developer: Experience in developing Rich Internet Applications using Flex / ActionScript 3.0 with extensive knowledge of OO dev., integrating with ,NET / Java backend using XML RPC, Web services or Remoting. Should be well versed with Flex Event model and customcomponent
  Web developer: Strong in HTML, CSS, Javascript including DHTML, JSON, Ajax, Object Oriented Javascript and other "web 2.0" client-side technologies
• BI: Job Code: FICPD906
  Microstrategy: Strong knowledge in Datawarehousing and BI Tools. Hands on expeirnce in using third party BI reporting tools such as Microstategy, Business Objects, Crystal reports, Hyperion and Cognos with specialization in any of these tools
  ETL Tools: Exp, in data integration and working with dimensional data, develop source-to-target mapping and data transformation logic using ETL tools such as Informatica 8.x and other popular open source ETL Tools
• Senior Developers: Job Code: FICPD907
  Java Tech: Strong Core Java, web basics and technologies (Spring MVC/Struts, Ajax, Tomcat). Worked in EJB/Hibernate/Spring/JMS/Web Logic and any one of the databases (Oracle/SQL /MySQL/DB2/Postgres)
  MS Technologies: Strong C# and ASP.NET, Good in any one of the databases (Oracle/SQL server / MySQL/ DB2/Postgres)

For the above position (other then Architect) candidates with 4-10 years of relevant experience with BE, MCA, M.Tech and Ph.D will be prferred.

For Architect position , candidate need to have at least 10 years of relevant exp. Exposure to Agile Scrum methodology will be an added advantage.
