• Excel­lent spo­ken Eng­lish with a neu­tral accent and rea­son­ably good writ­ten com­mu­ni­ca­tion skills with empha­sis on con­ver­sa­tional ability
• - Good Lis­ten­ing abil­ity (con­sid­er­ing the longer dura­tion of calls in the process)
• - Basic under­stand­ing of cus­tomer service.
• Self-starter with an abil­ity to work in a team environment
• - Eager to learn new skills and adapt well to change
• - Abil­ity to sit for a pro­longed dura­tion of a work shift (night shifts), with the use of a headset

Desired:
10 + 2 + 3 (degree holders/ Diploma hold­ers)
10+12 (Fresh­ers)
10 + 12 (with less then 3 yrs of Non –BPO work expe­ri­ence )
Excel­lent Com­mu­ni­ca­tion skills in Eng­lish
