• Experience in performance benchmarking and scalability
• Hands-on experience in developing enterprise design and architecture
• Expertise in building reusable components and utilities
• Software tool evaluation to enable make/buy decisions
• Building and adopting frameworks
• Excellence in development tools including profiling, reviews, coverage etc
• Strong aptitude for reverse engineering techniques
• Strong advocacy of design and development methodologies
