Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated individuals with excellent communication skills for this position.The incumbent would be part of a growing team of highly motivated individuals that are aligning themselves to a global team that provides solutions/assistance to a customer base spread across the globe.

Provide excellent technical assistance via our web based ticketing interface or phone.
Identify the true nature of problems, and provide accurate and timely responses
Stay up-to-date with the existing & latest Operating systems, hosting trends, and other applications available to troubleshoot wide-array of technical issues
Contribute to the team development and documentation of processes, to streamline functions and overall management
Multi-task, prioritize, and understand workflow management to efficiently handle multiple requests
Understand troubleshooting concepts and apply accordingly
Participate in the active development of a team environment
Perform other duties as assigned

Desired :
Degree from an accredited university or equivalent IT certification Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
Driven, self-motivated, with an inclination towards learning and grasping new concepts
Internet savvy and a quick learner.
Should be a team player and motivator, with an enthusiastic attitude
Prompt attendance and punctuality
Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment
User-level UNIX skills (Added advantage)
Basic understanding and know how of using email clients, FrontPage, FTP, Telnet, SSH etc.(Added advantage)
Awareness of DNS and web hosting would be an advantage. (Added advantage)
