Designing and coding.
Analyzing and estimating projects

Leading a team.
Gather requirements; work with processes, source control, versioning, branching, defect tracking and release management.
Job Requirements:
Candidates should have 6+ Years of experience.
Programming and algorithmic skills in the following technology stacks:
Must have – Core Java, JSP, Servlets, and Struts.
Nice to have – Velocity, Hibernate, EJB, Spring, Swings Strong SQL skills and exposure to Open Source.
Working experience with one or more of the following – tomcat, web logic, jboss, CVS,
Experience working with JBoss4, mysql, Tomcat.
Strong written and oral communication for client interaction.
Worked on the Design and Deployment of at least two enterprise class applications.
Proven experience in full SDLC.
Experience with multi-tiered application development Database, Middle Tier, Client, etc…
Very sound technical leading and technical training skills.
Knowledge/experience in best practices for software development (CMM, ISO).
