Job Description
Provide first-level support on basic operational or maintenance of personal
computers and /or peripherals using available tools. Guide customer troubleshooting
efforts to identify products that have Customer Issues and issue service calls in
accordance with guidelines. Escalate problems when unable to resolve customer issues.

Candidates applying for this job should be willing to work in the NIGHT SHIFTS.
SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE JOB: 1. Excellent Communication Skills in English is a
must. 2. Good knowledge in computer Hardware and windows.
