• Fresh Graduate Engineer Trainees
  Qualifications: 2008 or 2009 pass out Graduate Engineer’s (BE, B Tech, Bsc-Engg) from NITs or Govt. Engineering Colleges having excellent academic credentials with specialisation in Metallurgy / Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation & Control / Civil Engineering , having secured minimum 70 % marks throughout the academic career (10th , 12th and Graduation).
• Lateral Hire Graduate Engineer Trainees
  Graduate Engineers of batch 2008 and previous having 1 -3 years of relevant experience in Steel /Power / Ferro – alloys / Cements and Non-Ferrous industry having secured minimum 70 % marks throughout the academic career ( 10th , 12th and Graduation), will be considered through lateral induction in ‘Associate Manager’ Grade.
