* Pay Scale : Rs. 7880-220-8100-275-10300-340-11660
* Qualification : Ex-Indian Commissioned Officer of the rank of Colonel or Lieutenant Colonel or equivalent rank of the Indian Navy or Indian Air Force; Provided that the Government may, in Exceptional circumstances and for reasons to recorded in writing, relax this condition: Provided further that in case no suitable person as specified in this clause is available, an Ex-Emergency Commissioned Officer of any of the. (ii) Punjabi of Matric or its equivalent Standard.
* Age : 25 years to 55 years as on the 1-1-2009. Age relaxation as per Punjab Govt. rules.
