Orders for projects in India are huge and we are look­ing for more busi­ness. We also have set up one of the largest DG set man­u­fac­tur­ing plant in Maha­rash­tra with MTU of Ger­many. We will also be man­u­fac­tur­ing 33/11 KV clad sub-station and low volt­age pan­els, syn­chro­niz­ing PLC pan­els, bus-ducts, ris­ing mains etc.

Job Descrip­tion:
• Man­age & main­tain com­plete pay­roll soft­ware & TDS for 2500+ employ­ees inde­pen­dently
• Main­tain invest­ments details & tax com­pu­ta­tion of employ­ees
• Val­i­da­tion of Data — Inputs / Out­puts
• Query han­dling & ensur­ing statu­tory com­pli­ance– PF, ESIC
• Assist­ing in the per­for­mance appraisal process & Com­pute data for Incre­ments & Bonus
• Lead Com­pen­sa­tion Bench­mark­ing exer­cise
• Han­dling all join­ing & post join­ing for­mal­i­ties of New Hires
• Update and main­tain HRIS, gen­er­ate HR reports and MIS at reg­u­lar inter­vals
• Process Full and Final Settlement

Desired:

  • • Have min­i­mum 5 – 7 years of rel­e­vant work­ing expe­ri­ence in pay­roll Management
  • • Have thor­ough knowl­edge of vari­able pay pro­grams, incen­tives struc­tures and per­sonal tax
  • • Pos­sess good orga­ni­za­tion and effec­tive inter­per­sonal skills as well as strong numer­i­cal & ana­lyt­i­cal skills
  • • Pro­fi­cient in advance MS Excel
  • • Have abil­ity to work under pres­sure and multi task
