Job Descrip­tion:
–Will be respon­si­ble for draft­ing & send­ing IPR Vio­la­tions Notices on Inter­net and as well as in hard copy form/e-mails,
–Coor­di­na­tion between TACT India and Company’s ded­i­cated Law Firm.
–Respon­si­ble for all Legal mat­ters of (Internal/External).

Desired:
–Law Grad­u­ate from Delhi Uni­ver­sity or five years law course from a Reputed Insti­tu­tion.
–Con­vent Educated/Public School,
–Should have knowl­edge of IPR issues, Crim­i­nal Law & Contracts.
