Job Descrip­tion:
We are look­ing for a can­di­date who has a work­ing knowl­edge and expe­ri­ence in prepar­ing Form 10-Qs, 10-Ks, S-8s, Proxy doc­u­ments, S-1s, etc. as well as other pub­lic offer­ing doc­u­ments. Fur­ther­more, the can­di­date should be knowl­edge­able of the FINRA (Finan­cial Indus­try Report­ing Agency). The can­di­date should have pre­pared the ini­tial draft of the Form 10ks/Qs.

Desired:

• –Should have min­i­mum 3 years expe­ri­ence in fil­ing such returns
• –Should have inde­pen­dently han­dled the charge
• –Should be self starter
• Should have expe­ri­ence in the following:
• –10K, 10Q, 8K and Proxy State­ment SEC reporting.
• –Reveiw of all finan­cial reports pre­pared for the SEC, share­hold­ers, reg­u­la­tors and the com­pany Board of Directors.
• –Major changes in XBRL, MD&A improve­ments and exter­nal reporting.
