Job Descrip­tion:
1.Recruit Part­ners under him.Expand the Net­work.
2.Expand the vol­ume of busi­ness, Move on the field for the same.
3.Follow Sales Process to recruit part­ners and report to Asst.Manager
4.Report the sales process in Sales process sys­tem
5.Co– ordi­nate if needed the Busi­ness Oppor­tu­ni­ties Pro­gramme and arrange every­thing within the bud­get alloted to you

Desired:
1.Basic Know How of Mutual Fund or other finan­cial prod­uct
2 Good Con­vinc­ing Power,& Good Com­mu­ni­ca­tions skills both ver­bal and writ­ten
3.A go get­ter atti­tude, strong team cul­ture.
