Job Description:
The Training period would be of one year comprising learning in following functions : -
1. Recruitment and Selection — Meet all the recruitment requirements for the various departments.
2. Coordinate with all business managers in staff selection process.
3. Attendance & Leaves record of Employees on ERP.
4. Employee Relations and Communications — Responsible for Employee Retention and Engagement.
5. Time Office & site Attendance, Leave Record & office timing Management
6. PF & Statutory compliance management
7. Employee Database Maintenance — Preparing File of new joinees and filing the important documents of them.
8. Streamline the HR operations process
9. Support the Management in all HR relates aspects
10. HR Team building — Query resolution of employees.
11. Employee feedback & counseling. Maintain harmonious employee relations. Grievance handling. Employee Welfare. Birthday & Anniversary mails etc.
Desired:
The Candidate must be having : -
–Letter drafting skills both in Hindi and English Language
–Good working knowledge of computers and internet Sound knowledge of social securities
–Ability to liasion with Competent Authorities, if required Interaction with people and Client when required
–Proper handling of documents.
–Grievance handling Other office routine Visit to Client Premises for interaction & requirement
