With a time yearned path of 14 years into the ser­vice indus­try we today at Ashir­bad have infer­enced the clients chal­leng­ing require­ments and today’s clien­tele requires Total Build­ing Solu­tions Under One Roof and hence Ashir­bad Infra­struc­ture Ser­vices and Facil­i­ties Man­age­ment was incor­po­rated on 28 March 2007 within our Ashir­bad Group.

Job Descrip­tion:
The Train­ing period would be of one year com­pris­ing learn­ing in fol­low­ing func­tions : -
1. Recruit­ment and Selec­tion — Meet all the recruit­ment require­ments for the var­i­ous depart­ments.
2. Coor­di­nate with all busi­ness man­agers in staff selec­tion process.
3. Atten­dance & Leaves record of Employ­ees on ERP.
4. Employee Rela­tions and Com­mu­ni­ca­tions — Respon­si­ble for Employee Reten­tion and Engage­ment.
5. Time Office & site Atten­dance, Leave Record & office tim­ing Man­age­ment
6. PF & Statu­tory com­pli­ance man­age­ment
7. Employee Data­base Main­te­nance — Prepar­ing File of new joi­nees and fil­ing the impor­tant doc­u­ments of them.
8. Stream­line the HR oper­a­tions process
9. Sup­port the Man­age­ment in all HR relates aspects
10. HR Team build­ing — Query res­o­lu­tion of employ­ees.
11. Employee feed­back & coun­sel­ing. Main­tain har­mo­nious employee rela­tions. Griev­ance han­dling. Employee Wel­fare. Birth­day & Anniver­sary mails etc.

Desired:
The Can­di­date must be hav­ing : -
–Let­ter draft­ing skills both in Hindi and Eng­lish Lan­guage
–Good work­ing knowl­edge of com­put­ers and inter­net Sound knowl­edge of social secu­ri­ties
–Abil­ity to lia­sion with Com­pe­tent Author­i­ties, if required Inter­ac­tion with peo­ple and Client when required
–Proper han­dling of doc­u­ments.
–Griev­ance han­dling Other office rou­tine Visit to Client Premises for inter­ac­tion & requirement
