Cadre Allopathic Medical Officer Specialist (Male) [Class-ll under P.H.M.S. cadre of group "B" specialist by direct [recruitment.
Age :21 to 35 years (upper age limit is relaxable for reserved categories of U.P. as per rules). Only Male candidates need apply. Candidates must have completed one year rotatory internship before or till the last date of receipt of application forms, certificate of recognition of essential qualification no. (II) and it is also compulsory to submit the registration certificate in Medical Council of India or U.P. Medical Council along with application forms. Candidates must attach solid proof and other relevant records with the conventional application forms in respect of their essential qualification, preferential qualification, reservation and age. Otherwise application forms will be rejected

1 . Applications received after this date will not be entertained in any case. Incomplete application/ applications without required information and applications which are not signed by the candidates, even if received withi n time, will summarily be rejected.
2. Knowledge of Hindi is essential.
3. Date of calculation of age (except where indication is otherwise) is t” July, 2009. Maximum age limit shall be relaxable by five years for candidates belonging to S.C/j S.T./O.B.C. and dependents of freedom fighters of U.P. Relaxation in age upto 3 years will be admissible for disabled/Ex-army personnel in addition to the entire period of their military service, It is essential to be released from army upto the date of last date of receipt of application, for physically handicapped persons (if post reserved), relaxation in age of 15 years will be admissible according to GO.
4. Application received and qualifications attained and change in category after the last date will also not be accepted.
5. One self addressed post-card and two envelopes of 23×10cm. both bearing the name of the post, advt. No. and complete address thereon should accompany the application. The postage stamps need not be affixed on the envelope.
6. Minimum qualification is not sufficient for being called for interview and mere eligibility does not entitle a candidate to be called for interview or for selection. Information for Interview will be sent later on.
7. Marksheets of each year /semester of graduation & post graduation must be enclosed by the candidates.
8. In case of large number of applications for any post/ posts, the Commission may hold screening test which will be communicated in due course.
9. Original certificates are required for verification at the time of interview. Candidates will then also be required to furnish copies of passport size photographs attested by their head of department or head of institution where they received education or by a gazetted officer.
10.Candidates serving under central or state government will have to produce “NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE” from their employer at the time of interview.
11. The decision of the Commission as to the eligibility or otherwise of a candidate will be f inal.
