Desired:
Excellent verbal and written skills should be aware of trouble shooting ADSL and Dial-up issues. Knowledge of Email clients (MS Outlook, Outlook Express etc) and Browsers (IE, Mozilla, Netscape Navigator etc) would be preferable.
