Job Description
Looking for Trainees.

Desired Profile
We need 25 bright and committed graduates in our Graduate Recruitment and Induction Programme (GRIP), which shall groom them in various streams. Selected candidates will be required to join on November 2nd 2009, with a salary of Rs. 1,00,000 per year. Selected candidates shall be required to sign an Agreement to Learn and Perform (ALP), agreeing to learn and work for Polaris for a minimum period of three years.
You need to be a graduate (either BCA or B.Sc. Computer Science only) from a reputed institution, a minimum of 75% in your 10th and 12th Board Examinations, and the attitude and urge to excel. You shall be posted in Chennai.


Selection shall be through an Aptitude Test to be held on 24th and 25th October 2009, in Chennai, to be followed by Group Discussions and Interviews, on the same days.
