After successful completion of training the Management Trainees will be absorbed as Junior Manager in the IDA scale of pay of Rs. 12600-32500.

UR/OBC applicants shall submit their applications along with Demand Draft for Rs. 200/- (Rs. Two Hundred Only) shall be drawn in favour of BECIL, New Delhi. Cheques and IPO’s will not be accepted. No fee shall be payable by SC/ST/PC candidates.
