Desired:
Helping to develop key member surveys and diagnostic tools
- Leading the technical production of Web-based surveys using HTML using the Vovici platform
- Launching member surveys and maintaining the accuracy and validity of the data
- Analyzing and interpreting data for presentation in charts and high quality graphics
- Proof reading member-facing reports to ensure integrity of data
- Coordinating with the DAT and program teams in the U.S. to ensure timely delivery of high quality reporting and services to members
- May include troubleshooting and debugging Excel macros used to generate analysis and member-facing reports
Have a strong analytic and quantitative skills
- Be quantitatively focused — a quantitatively- or technically-oriented Bachelors is preferred
- Have expertise in several software applications: Excel (including some understanding of macros), PowerPoint, and SPSS (or other statistical packages such as SAS)
- Have strong organizational/time management skills
- Be self motivated/self starters—able to work with little direct supervision, but able to track and report on work progress managing several long-term projects when needed
- Possess good upward management skills—able to help their managers prioritize; proactively identify areas that require focus and bring them to manager’s attention
- Be results-oriented with an eye toward “getting the details right” — attention to detail is a must
- Have a deep commitment to service, both in serving internal programs and external members
- Work well with team members based in U.S.
