Desired:
1. 8 -12 years of industry experience with strong technical skills in Java and Java related technologies.
2. Proven experience with n-tier software architectures and solutions.
3. Proficiency in adoption of architecture paradigms such as SOA, Web-Services, Middleware technologies, Web 2.0 and 3.0 related technologies and portals
4. Hands on experience in Application as well as Web servers preferably Apache HTTP Web Server, Apache Tomcat, JBoss. JBoss, Weblogic, and webspear Portal Server experience is a plus.
5. Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy
6. Experience working in various frameworks involving (but not limited to) STRUTS, SPRINGS
7. JSF with Design pattern(UML, OOAD, Rational Rose)
8. Strong Talent in Java and Cloud/Grid Computing Areas
9. Good knowledge about Agile Methodology
10. Strong knowledge in Software Life Cycle, Release process and use of different Methodology such as Waterfall, Scrum etc.
11. Full development lifecycle, change and release management experience
12. Sun Certified Enterprise Architect (SCEA) is a strong plus.
13. Experience writing business requirements, technical specifications and end-user system documentation
14. Be able to quickly learn and pursue new technologies.
15. Research open source frameworks and integrate into application.
16. construct PoC’s independently and take responsibility for technical solutions
17. Promotion of reuse of code/modules/components etc. ability to build knowledge management
18. Ability to be on top of technology changes in the industry
19. Evaluate and recommend products for specific business requiremen
