Our core competencies are web and desktop application development using Microsoft Technologies like VB/ASP /.NET/C# / XML/XSLT/ VB Script/ Java Script/HTML /DHTML on all databases Oracle/SQL Server/Access.

Experience: 1 - 3 Years

Skills:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in website/graphics designing. 
2. candidate should be capable of working on new website designs with Web 2.0 Standards.
3. Should have Hand's on exprience in HTML, XHTML, CSS, Dreamweaver, Adobe CS3, Illustrator
4. Flash Scripting, Flex would be an advantage.

Desired:
1. Candidates should have 2-3 years of IT experience and successful track record in website / graphics designing.
2. Strong working knowledge of XHTML/DIV, CSS & W3C.
3. Expert in designing Tableless structures (Web 2.0 Standards). 
4. Strong interpersonal and communications skills. 
5. Strong experience working both independently and in a team-oriented environment. 
6. Must be comfortable learning and using new technologies.Excellent organizational skills, ability to tightly manage time and project responsibilities and able to work on multiple projects at one time.
