Skills: - Maintains customer files and tracks Order Status
- Is highly proficient in MS Excel and data entry
- Processes all forms of payments, tracks missing payments
- Regular follow up with customers for tracking payment
- Reviews orders for accuracy and compliance (ie, correct price, part number, required documentations etc…)
- Prior knowledge of Order management / administration would be an added value
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- This position is on direct contract with E-novations, which will be renewed on annual basis.
