Looking for MBA HR Fresher who can take care of Human Resources Training, Engagement and Development needs at Masamb Electronics
Desired:
- Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development.
- Plan for employee’s performance appraisal;
- Develop tools for appraisal, job evaluation and development.
- Liaise with other functional head so as to understand all HR needs
Location: Noida
Education: Any Graduate / MBA/PGDM — HR/Industrial Relations
