Job Description
WALK-IN BETWEEN 11AM TO 4PM FROM 28thAUG-7thSEPT ( except on Sat &Sun) FOR TECH SUPPORT/NETWORKING PROCESS(TSR), IMMEDIATE JOINING.
•Provide Technical Support on basic operational or maintenance of Networking products . • Guide customer troubleshooting efforts to identify products that have Customer Issues and issue service calls in accordance with guidelines. • Escalate problems when unable to resolve customer issues. • Log and sufficiently document all contacts with customers in designated tools. • Identify and provide input on unique or recurring customer problems. • Be a champion Client specific tools, Customer Care Procedures. Provide Microland Solution Network feedback at all times.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduates from any stream freshers or with experience
Should be willing to work in US Shifts.
BE Grad with less than 60% aggre are eligible.
•Good comm skills must, basic hardware and networking knowledge. Age limit 18-29 yrs.
