Qualification: 12+ any degree
Experience: Experienced. (1-4) years with UK or US process.
Should have experience working in Insurance Domain.
Should be flexible working for UK Shifts.
Should have Excellent Communication Skills.
Should work for outbound (voice) process.
Should be Quality oriented.
