Job Description:

• 1, Need to undergo 3 months inten­sive train­ing in Eng­lish Lan­guage Editing.
• 2, Need to per­form well in the tests dur­ing training.
• 3, Should be able to han­dle LIVE pro­duc­tion of Lan­guage Edit­ing imme­di­ately after the com­ple­tion of train­ing under appro­pri­ate supervision.
• 4, Will be respon­si­ble for Lan­guage Edit­ing of Jour­nal arti­cles / books with high empha­sis on quality.
• 5, Should be able to han­dle high level Copy­edit­ing includ­ing com­pli­cated Eng­lish Lan­guage Editing.

Desired:

1. 1, Fresh Grad­u­ate, Post­grad­u­ate, M.Phil, Phd in any sci­en­tific dis­ci­pline (or) M.A Eng­lish Lit­er­a­ture with a first class aca­d­e­mic record.
2. 2, Excel­lent Eng­lish skills (ver­bal & Writ­ten) and an eye for detail are very essential.
3. 3, Pro­fi­ciency in Microsoft Word will be an added advantage.
4. 4, Enthu­si­as­tic learner and pas­sion for read­ing / edit­ing can apply immediately.
5. 5, Will have to work in a full-time basis (Free­lancers Excuse).
