Job Description:
Developing and monitoring the customer database.
Taking requirements from clients.
Closing requirements using Job portals, Head hunting, references
Mapping new companies in IT/ ITES sectors
Deploying various Prospecting Techniques including Networking, Mass Mailing, Job Portals, and Job Posting etc.
Handling multiple clients & providing end-to-end solutions to their recruitment needs.
Continuous Head hunt to build a rich talented pool of resumes of various technologies, domain, function and levels.
Maintaining a comprehensive Databank of all professionals with various skill sets.
Taking Mock interviews of the candidates.
Co-coordinating between the HR
Doing the follow up of the candidates sent to the company.
Giving Induction to the candidates for the company they are applying.

Desired:
Qualification-MBA OR MMS (MUST)
Should be ready to work on flexiable shift

Education: Any Graduate/MBA/PGDM
