Job­De­scrip­tion :
1. Sales Call Plan­ning – Ser­vic­ing the leads as pro­vided by com­pany, ana­lyz­ing sales oppor­tu­ni­ties, iden­ti­fy­ing, prospect­ing ·
2. Mak­ing sales calls — iden­ti­fi­ca­tion of cus­tomer needs, con­duct­ing finan­cial health check, facil­i­tat­ing insur­ance sell­ing.·
3. Build­ing, main­tain­ing cus­tomer rela­tion­ships — For ongo­ing busi­ness & ref­er­ence gen­er­a­tion.·
4. Timely reminder to cus­tomer for pay­ing there pre­mium and con­tin­u­ing with there poli­cies.·
5. Sales MIS data record­ing and report­ing as per defined sched­ule

Desired:
Skills in lead­er­ship, inter­per­sonal com­mu­ni­ca­tion, lis­ten­ing, prob­lem solv­ing and decision-making.·
Thor­ough knowl­edge of local mar­ket·
Apti­tude for finan­cial num­bers Should be work­ing with a bank or a finan­cial ser­vices com­pany
Grad­u­ate hav­ing 0 – 4 yrs of Sales expe­ri­ence in finan­cial ser­vices, or a Post Grad­u­ate in Man­age­ment hav­ing at least 6 months of sim­i­lar experience
