Hav­ing moved past the ini­tial setup stage the com­pany is now expand­ing into untapped and new mar­ket areas of language-based out­sourc­ing in the field of pub­lish­ing and pre­me­dia.

Job Descrip­tion:
*Strate­gic HR : Design the HR capa­bil­ity to inte­grate with busi­ness process to achieve the busi­ness goals.
*Estab­lish and nur­ture peo­ple prac­tices, processes and sup­port­ive sys­tem in the organ­i­sa­tion. For­mu­late & Imple­ment HR poli­cies.
*Facil­i­ta­tion of Reward Sys­tem Tal­ent Man­age­ment: Han­dling Recruit­ment & Selec­tion for all the lev­els for core busi­ness & new projects. *Iden­ti­fied & Devel­oped Tal­ent map of crit­i­cal posi­tions.
