Company secretary & Law graduate with 7 + years experience Experience in Company Law Compliance & other corporate Law. Understand and manage the overall legal framework of the company with ability to understand business dynamics and provide the solutions. Conversant with Company law & corporate laws. Qualified CS/ACS and a law graduate.
