Professionals would be recruited for the role of a Programmer Analyst where 80% of their work would be coding and 20% designing.

Desired:
*Having at least 3 years of experience in Java FLEX technology.
*Good understanding of issues related to FLEX applications for website usage
*Provide both user and technical design documentation.
*Provide code examples for component use
