HR MANAGER-Manpower plan­ning ‚recruit­ment & selec­tion , per­fo­mance appraisal , Han­dling employee griev­ances , Com­pen­sa­tion & bane­fit , Tal­ent reten­tion & devel­op­ment , Employee wel­fare activites , Union han­dling , HR Oper­a­tions ADMIN-Day to day gen­eral admin­is­tra­tion, upkeep and main­te­nance of office. Man­age­ment of office inven­tory. Gen­eral filing/hardcopy doc­u­ment man­age­ment. Assist­ing Accounts Depart­ment Any other duties as directed by Man­age­ment RECEPTION CUM CUSTOMER CARE-To han­dle front office/ Reception(handling of incom­ing & out­go­ing calls, han­dling Vis­i­tors & admin, to main­tain calls & enquiry registers)
