Sambe Software has recently acquired a HRMS system which they are building and integrating in-house as a service offering to their offices and clients and then market the same to other corporate organization wanting to implement the HR systems.

Analyze the functionality and workflow of the various modules in the system and integrate it with standard HR practices
- Define/Design the scope of work in the HRMS system
- Competency matrix development
- Content designing for the systems
- Formulating a marketing plan to implement across regions –
- Design sales strategies to market this product in the Middle East.
- Mapping the existing system functionalities and benchmarking with competitor products.
- Mapping and designing basic competencies for career like HR Functional Competency Map, Critical
