Job Description:

• End to end HR operations which broadly includes Recruitment, Induction & Orientation, Policy Formulation, HRIS, Payroll, Attendance, Documentation, Leaves etc.
• Actively organizing and participating in various HR initiatives.
• Developing & maintaining executive databases.
• Salary benchmarking.

Desired:

• Candidate should have experience in recruitment with 1- 4 years of experience.
• Candidate should be based in Rajasthan preferably from Jaipur
• Candidate should have experience in Head Hunting.
• Candidate must be MBA in HR.
• Male Candidates will be preferred.

Experience: 1 - 3 Years

Education: PG - MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial Relations

Location: Jaipur
